In addition to his teaching work at the “Victoria de los Ángeles” Professional Music Conservatory in Madrid, Ángel Laguna continues his concert career, regularly performing at various venues and cultural foundations in Madrid and throughout Spain. This activity also takes him abroad. He has participated in four editions of the Campus Cleve concert festival for young pianists in Germany, which has led to numerous concerts in various German and Dutch cities.
He has also offered recitals in London, at well-known venues such as St Martin-in-the-Fields, St James’s Piccadilly and Steinway Hall. Also in London, he has performed three times with orchestra at St Stephen’s Church, playing Beethoven’s Fifth Piano Concerto, Op. 73, and at St John’s, Notting Hill, performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto K. 415 and Beethoven’s Second Piano Concerto, Op. 19.
Recently, in 2025 and this year, he has given several recitals featuring music by Bach, Beethoven and Schubert in Spain, Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands.
He occasionally works with Professor Alberto Portugheis in London and Madrid.
